A Humanitarian and Compassionate (H&C) application provides an opportunity for certain individuals to request permanent residence or immigration relief based on exceptional personal circumstances. At Ask Kubeir, we provide professional guidance and dedicated support to help applicants present a strong and well-documented case.
Eligibility Requirements
H&C applications are intended for individuals who may face unusual, undeserved, or disproportionate hardship if required to leave Canada or if their application is not approved. Factors such as establishment in Canada, family connections, health considerations, and the best interests of affected children may be considered.
About the H&C Process
Humanitarian and Compassionate applications are assessed individually by IRCC, with decisions based on the unique circumstances of each case. Approval is discretionary and depends on the strength of the humanitarian factors and supporting evidence presented.

We assist with eligibility assessment, case strategy development, document preparation, supporting evidence organization, application review, submission support, and ongoing case management.
Representation & Support
Our team communicates with IRCC on your behalf, manages application follow-ups, responds to requests for additional information when required, and provides guidance throughout the process until a final decision is reached.
Service Fees
Professional fees start from USD 5,000 for a single applicant. Additional fees may apply for accompanying family members, previous refusals (USD 500), or complex cases requiring additional preparation and representation. Fees vary based on individual circumstances.
