About the LMIA Process
An LMIA confirms that an employer has made reasonable efforts to hire Canadians or permanent residents before offering a position to a foreign worker. A positive LMIA may allow the foreign worker to apply for a work permit and pursue employment opportunities in Canada.

Service Fees
Professional fees start from CAD 5,000 for a standard LMIA application. Applications under the Global Talent Stream are subject to an additional CAD 2,000 fee. Previous refusal cases may incur an additional CAD 500 charge. Fees may vary depending on the complexity of the case and employer requirements.
